  • Bill Marsh Auto is a family-run business. It was started 28 years ago by Bill Marsh Sr. when he took ownership of a small poor performing Buick dealership. Within a year it became the top performing Buick dealership in the region. Since that time the family has added other franchises and ownership changed to the next generation. The company is now operated by Bill Marsh Jr., Jamie Marsh and Mike Marsh. The three owners take their responsibility to the company, the employees and the community very seriously. It's their intent to make the Bill Marsh Auto Group the standard in the region for top customer satisfaction, employee loyalty and community involvement.

    We represent eight new vehicle manufacturers and have three used car operations called Price Point. Based in Traverse City, in 2009 the Marsh group added a Ford, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge dealership in Kalkaska. Out of five stores we sell Buick, GMC, Ford, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and Hyundai cars and trucks. Bill Marsh also operates the J.D. Byrider franchise, a used vehicle company for credit-challenged customers.

    In addition to new and used car sales, Bill Marsh has five service departments, a full body shop called the Bill Marsh Body and Paint Center, we have the Line-X truck bed franchise, Thrifty rental cars, and we operate a complete reconditioning center that prepares the new and used vehicles for the lot.

    Sales operations are supported by a business development center and an in-house marketing department.
